Conestoga Valley Lady Bolts 8th Grade 14U squeaked past Lady Raiders, 30-28, on Friday.

It was a close game, with nine lead changes throughout the game. Conestoga Valley Lady Bolts took the lead for good on a two by Adrianna Lopez.

Trailing 2-16 to start the game, the Lady Bolts 8th went on a 9-2 run to take the lead.

Conestoga Valley Lady Bolts had a strong first half, leading 12-11 at halftime and never looked back, securing the victory.

Charlie Devine scored seven points to lead the team. CV controlled the paint, grabbing 25 rebounds. Maddie Figart led the team with nine rebounds. CV passed the ball well with nine assists on 12 made baskets. Additional scorers for the Lady Bolts 8th Grade included Leila Testa (6 points), Adrianna Lopez (6 points), Maddie Figart (5 points), and Brooke Musselman (4 points).
