Conestoga Valley Lady Bolts 8th Grade 14U narrowly defeated 717 Hoop Dreams, 43-40, on Saturday.

Leila Testa scored 12 points to lead the Lady Bolts.

Leading 18-17, CV went on an 8-point run to pull further away. Trailing 30-21, 717 Hoop Dreams went on a 13-2 run to take the lead. CVgot out to a 30-23 lead at halftime before closing out the victory.

CV Lady Boltshad seven assists in the first half, as they outscored 717 Hoop Dreams 30-23.

CV controlled the paint, grabbing 28 rebounds. Leila Testa led the team with seven rebounds. CV passed the ball well with 10 assists on 20 made baskets. Maddie Figart led the team with seven assists.
